Emily Berridge, R.M.T., graduated from Canadian Therapeutic College in Burlington in 2005 and has been a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2005. Emily earned her Yoga Teacher Certification from Power Yoga Canada (RYT 200) in 2016.
Emily is also certified in An Indie Approach to Headaches, Prenatal Massage, Infant Massage Instruction and Hot Stone Massage Therapies. These certifications allow Emily to practice, design, and prepare a treatment plan that is best suited for your needs!

Hot Stone therapy incorporates smooth, basalt stones containing iron – which help retain heat. Enjoy the soothing stones in Emily’s hands as well as stones placed on strategic areas of the body to help increase circulation and decrease stress!
Indie-Style Face and Scalp Massage

A relaxing treatment for everyone, but especially for those suffering from headaches and migraines. Treatment focuses on pressure points on the head, face, hands and feet. Can be booked as a stand-alone or as an add-on to another treatment.

Pregnancy Massage helps reduce stress in mom as well as baby! Research studies by the Touch Research Institute (TRI) from the University of Miami show that women who received prenatal massage had lower anxiety and stress hormone levels, fewer complications and symptoms of hypertension.
Enjoy a general relaxation massage with focus on requested areas. Moms-to-be may choose to lie on their stomach or back during the first trimester, depending on how far along she is in her pregnancy.
Second & Third Trimester
Benefits of massage during these stages may include decreased pain and swelling/edema, postural discomforts, sciatica-like symptoms and breast tenderness/congestion.
Insurance Coverage and Direct Billing
Many 3rd party insurance providers include Registered Massage Therapy as part of your extended health benefit plan. We are now offering direct billing to select insurance companies for Registered Massage Therapy. Please bring your insurance card with you.
A doctor’s referral may be required for Registered Massage Therapy. Check your coverage! Emily provides required receipts for reimbursement and tax purposes.
